Marla Sinko GRI Broker In Charge I won't just help you purchase a house, I will help you purchase a home.
I have lived in West Virginia since 1998 and I truly LOVE it. There is so much to do here and I feel it is underappreciated by so many people. If you want to fall in love with WV like I did, you need to call me.
I was born and raised in NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. I experienced life in the flat lands as well as life at the beach and I must say, living in the mountains of WV is hard to beat. The climate and vistas are some of the best in the world.
Although buying a home is one of the largest purchases you will ever make in life, it doesn't have to be the most stressful. I don't just show you homes and write up offers, I work hand-in-hand with lenders, attorneys, and home inspectors to make the purchase process easy.
Many agents view real estate as “fun” or a “hobby” but I must say if you are a serious buyer or seller, you want an agent that treats real estate as a job. It is my job to sell your home or help you find the perfect home that fits the needs of your family….and I get the job done. With my background in accounting, you will find that not only do I have exceptional negotiating skills but I am also very detail oriented. Add that with extraordinary customer service and you will not be disappointed when you work with me.
When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jon, and our two rescue dogs, Juneau and Carly. (As they say, we didn’t rescue them, they rescued us.) Traveling the state and world is an added plus as it helps us appreciate where we are and everything that our wonderful state offers. I try to squeeze in a little golf with friends when time allows as well as exercising daily to take care of myself.
